The following dishes are some of our most popular starters. Culinary Artz has the ability to customize each starter; if you don’t see something you want listed, please ask! Our number one priority is making your party perfect!

Farmer’s Garden – fresh assorted greens tossed with celery ribs, cucumber shards, carrot slivers, grape tomato, and black olives with choice of dressings.

Caesar – fresh tossed romaine hearts with Chef’s signature Caesar dressing, house croutons, and shaved parmesan flakes.

Mediterranean – crisp greens of romaine and iceberg topped with black olives, pepperoncini peppers, feta crumbles, salami slivers, celery shards, oregano, with a red wine vinaigrette.

Floribbean – baby bibb with avocado, papaya, hears of palm, frizzled carrots, and citrus vinaigrette. (adds $1 per person).

Caprese – vine ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze.

Tuscan Arugula – field greens with arugula, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, toasted almonds, with a poppy seed vinaigrette.

Gemelli Pasta Primavera – carrots, spinach, peppers, black olives, black pepper, with an herb vinaigrette.

Roasted Vegetable Quinoa – lightly seasoned with vegetable broth and herbs.
