Two Potato Gratin – sliced russet and sweet potatoes layered with cheese and savory cream, add $1.

Gnocchi Dumplings – garlic buttered, pesto creamed, and other draping offered.

Soft Polenta Pillows – broth and cornmeal mash garnished to taste.

Multigrain Rice Pilaf – long grain and wild rice with yellow and green split peas.

Coconut Jasmine Rice – coconut milt flavored with scallions.

Vegetable Sides

Classic Vegetable Medley – green beans, carrots, squash, and bell peppers. (additional vegetable selections available)

Carrot Florette – honey orange glaze.

Green Beans Almondine –

Corn O’Brien – roasted red pepper and chives.

Ratatouille – eggplant, tomato, squash, and pepper stew.

Brussel Sprouts – roasted or lemon buttered.

Cauliflower Florettes – smoked, paprika roasted, or sea-salt buttered.

Asparagus Spears – grilled or steamed with tri-color pepper confetti (add $1 per person).

Spinach Timbale – baby wilted leaves, turnips, parsnip, and carrot (add $1 per person).
