Michael was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He was very hands on and directly involved even in the early planning stages. He provided the table and chair rentals along with the linens and had options for the Arch, pool coverings and tents. Culinary Artz will be able to assist with all of your wedding planning needs. His staff was friendly and extremely professional. 100 out of 10 and would recommend for all occasions!
Many catering companies pump out several events in an evening and the food is sub bar. This is not the case with Culinary Arts, Michael is the Executive Chef and owner of Culinary Arts and he is personally involved in each event from day 1 of the booking all the way to the execution. He makes everything from scratch with fresh ingredients and You can tell he is passionate about what he does and the food / menu will speak for itself.
The mango cream cake was also perfect. Creamy and not too sweet, so good I had 2 big slices.
I was also really happy with the catering staff, they were all friendly and helpful, with a cheerful attitude.
The Day of Coordinator, Juliana, was on top of everything. She was prepared and proactive the whole day.
I really felt in good hands from the start. Michael, the head chef, is all about the details & he made the time and effort to ask the right questions, checking in with me way before the wedding date, and carefully explaining all our options.

Having thanked you directly both by phone and by email following our New Years party January 1, 2018, I felt it deserved that we also share our thanks and our comments with the rest of the social media world by, at the very least, sharing our prior email and our sentiments of your service on Facebook as well. Having a fairly busy calendar and traveling nationally on business far too often, I haven’t had a chance until now to once again, thank you and your staff, namely Reynaldo, Richard, Millie and Sara for what turned out to be a most wonderful and successful New Years party at our new home in Davie, Florida.
As a tradition, wife Joan and I have been hosting New Years parties in South Florida every year over the past 5-years now, mostly holding the parties at Martorano’s Restaurant at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. But, this year, with the purchase of our new home in Long Lake Ranches, we wanted to host the party at our house, but I was fearful of knowing no one in your field whom we could trust, whether it be from the food side of things or the service side. After all, many of the attendees are, in addition to being dear and valued friends and family, very important people in their own fields of business ranging from interior designers to builders like myself to movie and theater moguls and their families. And so, I wanted everything to be just right, starting of course with the most important thing and that is the food.
Simply stated, you knocked it out of the park!!! Your food was absolutely divine and its presentation perfectly flawless. The stone crab and shrimp martini glass hors-d’oeuvres were spectacular as everyone complimented us on it, while your lollipop lamb chops were just to delectable, and you nailed it even further by making sure that not only my wife, but several others at the party who like their meat well-done, were served their meat just the way they like it.
Being Italian, we know our food and the one thing for which we are certain is that good food trumps everything when it comes to hosting a party. It trumps venue, ambiance and even service. And once again, your food was sincerely exquisite. From the hot butter squash shooters, which truly were a conversation piece to the chilled chicken salad hors-d’oeuvres and the midnight blue-cheese and caramelized onion sliders, even your finger food was superlative, complimenting our sirloin entree which was absolutely choice.
Your cooking truly is amorous and you were so diligent and thoughtful in helping us put together this party, assisting us with everything from dishware to cutlery and even floral centerpieces. Dealing with you was serenity and your guidance and direction on the food to the layout and service put our lives at ease.
Finally, Joanie and I want to comment on your service. Your team and your staff who were all consummate professionals and they truly helped make the party even that much more special. From Richard behind the bar to Reynoldo, Millie and Sara at your side, the service was impeccable and your staff felt like family, becoming friends with our guests throughout the night.
In closing, Joanie and I are so excited because we found our local Chef and Caterer not only for our own personal parties at the house like this one, but I am relieved as I found our Chef and Party-planner for our corporate celebrations such as, but not limited to our local building topping-out parties, ground-breaking ceremonies and ribbon-cutting milestones not to forget our South Florida holiday parties and the likes.
You Michael Jasa and Culinary Artz are truly a culinary work of art and the name of your company couldn’t have been chosen to be more fitting. Thank you so much for your food, your service and helping us put together our first party at our new home in Davie, as we look forward to so many more with you, Culinary Artz and the terrific team with whom you surround yourself.

I cannot imagine my wedding day with any other caterer.They made everything so easy and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. Not only did they deliver an incredible vegetarian meal but they coordinated the chairs, linens. tables, bar service, a beautiful aisle for our outdoor ceremony, passed hors d’oeuvers and a signature cocktail for cocktail hour. Michael and his staff were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Michael and his staff got to the venue early to get things set up for the wedding and things went off without a hitch. His waitstaff, Sara and Sydney were attentive, friendly and beyond helpful during the entire event. Ronnie, the bartender had his work cut out for him (we liked to drink) but was extremely personable and kept up no matter how many drink orders were requested of him.
I can’t say enough good things about the crew, but what really hit the spot was the food. My wife is vegetarian, so we decided that we were going to have a meatless wedding. Michael created and prepared the menu and pulled it off amazingly: three kinds of hor d’oeuvres, an eggplant entree with two different pasta dishes, various breads, salad and two different midnight appetizers. Our guests were surprised at how delicious and satisfying a completely vegetarian menu can be.
At the end of the evening, everything was packed and cleaned up as if we were never there. The kitchen at the venue was spotless. A huge thank you to Michael and his crew for helping us throw a party we and our friends will never forget. I strongly recommend Culinary Artz Catering! Five stars!
They catered all vegetarian, as the bride does not eat meat. Even as a person who DOES like meat, I was very pleasantly surprised with the menu. There was tons of variety and everything was wonderful.
I will absolutely be recommending this team to anyone who asks!
Chef Michael is an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. He is very clean and organized, creating personalized menus to accommodate what I need for the specific job I have hired the catering company for. Because Culinary Artz Catering is so flexible and willing to go above and beyond for their clients, I have requested them not only for my private, business related events, but also for personal events, such as birthday parties I was hosting at my home. During the parties, Chef Michael and his team catered to my guests in more ways than one. They provided us with great tasting food and attentive service, and he even had demonstrative cooking lessons for my guests to participate in. It is rare to find a professional like him that has a way with kids, too. For my lavish parties, they were able to cater towards our guests’ finer palettes, and for the children’s birthday parties, they were able to adjust to what the kids wanted and gave them the best food a birthday party could have.
We originally booked Culinary Artz for just the catering by Chef Michael, but by the time of the wedding their Event Coordinator Aubrey handled everything from full service wedding planning with entertainment, to flowers, to decorations and site set-ups. They took care of everything, and they went above and beyond, making sure everything went perfect. We were very uneducated to what was needed and what to expect for a wedding when we first sat down with Culinary Artz, they took the time to walk us through in detail what to expect, and answer any questions we had. We had a lot of shifts and changes in our planning, due to a lot of factors, but Culinary Artz took the time to help us and to adapt to the change, they never missed a beat! They excelled at the little things that made the wedding all that much greater, like saving and serving the whole wedding party outside before we made our entrance. I can’t stress enough how much that made a difference after a long day of running around getting ready with no time to eat, especially to my wife. With Culinary Artz as our wedding planners, we never had to worry about a thing, they took care of all the set up and breakdown, all the placements and decorations looked incredible. My wife and I were able to focus on our day, and not worry about any of the planning or details. Now to the food, man was it good! I personally have never had wedding food that excited me or I thought tasted that great. Michael and his team hit it out of the park, every dish was perfect, and not one person had anything negative about the food. We received many compliments all night that the food was amazing, and we had a very diverse and picky crowd. So I’ll end with this, Culinary Artz created a beautiful stress free environment, with incredible food, that over all allowed us the enjoy the whole day the way we wanted, and for that I say thank you to the whole Culinary Artz team!

One of the things I personally truly appreciate is Culinary Artz/Michael’s strict attention to detail. They are very thorough and I highly recommend them.

I cannot say what a pleasure this company is. Chef Michael was given an amazing task and he stepped up the table and got nothing but rave reviews for the food. My daughter wanted something completely different for her 16th birthday party (crawfish boil) and Chef Michael was willing to take the challenge and that along with amazing on the stick appetizers which were amazing beginnings for her pool party could not have come out any better. Everything was hot and fresh and cooked beautifully.
Michael and Aubrey worked diligently from the time they arrived to the time they left courteously and endlessly and I will hire them back if ever I need to cater another event and will only recommend them to friends and family.
I am VERY HAPPY to say that the food well exceeded expectations!. The meal was delicious and the pastry chef did an outstanding job creating a cake that met our flavor preferences.
PS They understand the requirements for Kosher separation of meat and milk, and limited horderves containing shell fish. They asked about allergies up front and respected them. For example, I am allergic to cantaloup and most melons–they produced great fruit skewers that I was able to eat with pleasure–and no worries.

Finding a caterer through the internet, without having references, can be a risky affair. However, we were having trouble finding someone to cater a birthday party for 25 people. We found Culinary Artz, spoke with Michael, and decided to take a chance. Very glad we did.
We met with Michael and Nancy a few weeks before the party and they helped put together a menu that was eclectic, interesting, high-end, and within budget. Over the next couple of weeks, we tweaked the menu. Every conversation with Michael and Nancy was professional, courteous, and friendly.
The day of the event, the bartender arrived on time, and set up on the balcony. Without knowing, Michael had a huge birthday card set up at the bar. Very nice touch! Shortly thereafter, Michael and Nancy arrived. They worked tirelessly from that moment on to set up the apartment and prepare the food.
Ok, so now to the food. Overall, very pleased. Passed appetizers were excellent. The steak was just about the best I’ve ever had. The presentation was meticulous. The birthday cake was also just about the best I’ve ever had…visually as well as taste.
I’ve rarely seen 3 people work as hard to make sure we all had a great time.
We will definitely be using them again!
I’ve worked with several catering companies in the South Florida area, and I must say that Culinary Artz is my new favorite!
Michael and David were an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael- the Chef of the two, worked with me to create a custom menu that came out wonderfully and was a hit with my crowd. David- the Operator, helped me every step of the way, and when he couldn’t provide something would direct me to another fabulous company that could.
On the day of my event, their staff was friendly and courteous. From set up to breakdown, they were professional and amazingly helpful. Based on my recommendation, one of my party-goers used them for his own event immediately after and also got wonderful results.
All this personalized attention to detail, and for a lower cost than some companies I’ve worked with in the past- I would definitely work with Culinary Artz again.
Chef Michael met with us to put together a menu and plan for the event, and on the day of the party he delivered way beyond my expectations. It was like experiencing a five-star restaurant in our own home! And it was five-star from setup to serving to cleanup.
Chef Michael started the planning by meeting with us at our house, so that he was able to survey the site to determine what he would need to bring and how he would arrange everything for serving. He talked with us about what kinds of foods we like and what our friends would like, and made recommendations. From the moment he began to describe how he prepares each of the dishes, it was clear that he was a great chef with experience from the Culinary Institute of America.
The foods he prepared for the dinner party were beyond excellent, just as good or better than what I had experienced at Culinary Institute of America when I had dined there the summer before. Everything he prepared tasted amazing, and was exquisitely presented and beautifully served. Chef Michael’s assistant, Nancy, passed hors d’oeuvres during the first hour. And then Chef Michael announced that dinner was being served. Everything was just gloriously presented, and everything tasted wonderful, even better than what I remembered of Culinary Institute of America!
Everybody at our party just loved the food and raved about what an amazing dinner it was and what a beautiful, delicious and memorable event it was.
And many of our friends at our party took his card.
I will definitely call Chef Michael Jasa for every future event, and I strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to schedule an enjoyably delicious and memorable event.
