Yes, we partner with a wide variety of banquet halls, club houses, and public parks. We bring our hospitality to your home.

Do you provide a service staff?

Yes, we have an extensive staff of professionally trained servers, bartenders, hosts, and culinarians.

Can your services be provided as a drop-off or pick-up?

Yes.

Do you provide alcohol?

Yes, when we provide alcohol and bartenders combined, our insurance covers this service.

Can you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

Yes, we have a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and colors to choose from.

Can you provide china, glass, and silverware?

Yes, our options include standard packages and premium selections.

Are email proposals available?

Yes, after an initial phone consultation to gather the vision of our clients wishes. Occasionally, a personal site walk-through is beneficial before a proposal in writing can be accurately presented.

Do you have a standardized menu?

No, we specialize upon composing menus for all of our clients individually. However, a sample list of options are available on our menu tab.

What are your specialties?

We specialize in your favorite cuisine. Our highly trained culinary staff provide experience from around the world with fare ranging from simply casual to elegantly exquisite.

Do you provide ice sculptures?

Yes, Chef Michael is a gold medal winning ice sculptor. He is also the author of a text book for Pearson/Prentice Hall titled Ice Carving 101.

Can you provide desserts and specialty cakes?

Yes, we have pastry chefs on staff to produce a wide variety of assorted desserts, wedding cakes, and specialty sculpted creations.

Can you provide decoration services?

Yes, we have a very talented and creative staff to provide décor for any occasion.

Do you provide photographers, videographers, and photo booths?

Yes, we contract with experienced photographic professionals.

Can you provide musicians, DJs, and entertainers?

Yes, we partner with talented musicians and entertainers to please every crowd.

What geographical areas do you serve?

We travel throughout the tri-county area of Dade, Broward, and the Palm Beaches. We have also serviced VIP events around the country.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we hold professional licensure on the state, county, and local levels. We also carry a 2 million dollar aggregate general liability policy.
