“Chef Michael is an excellent chef and instructor. I have been taking cooking classes with him since February 2013. He is a highly skilled chef from the famous Culinary Institute of America. My skills were next to none when I started and now I feel like I can cook. I often give some of the food we cook to family and friends and they love the food. He likes to teach and is very patient and knows what he is doing.”
