Michael and his team are true professionals. His culinary skills are exceptional! He has a wide variety of food options. For our wedding of we chose skirt steak and coconut jasmine rice and it was a HIT! Our second option was chicken alfredo. People could NOT get enough! It was truly 5 out of 5 stars. Michael surrounds himself with outstanding people. He introduced us to our DJ who was wonderful! Our pastry chef made a cake that will keep your guests talking! Lastly, Michael also introduced me to my wedding helper…Juliana. She was sweet, professional, and so helpful.
