Michael and his team did an amazing job catering a private dinner party celebrating a 60th birthday. The food was outstanding. The presentation unique and gorgeous and the dessert was hard to put down. Michael and his team truly outdid themselves from the hors d’ouvres to dessert everything was exquisite. Michael and team were extremely accommodating and very professional. I would hire Chef Michael again in a heartbeat. 5 stars. Ellyn
