“Michael was one of the first caterers to respond after I listed a few brief details of the party. I was uncertain specifically what I was looking for and he had great ideas for my party. Michael was very good about listing the details of the party in his proposal. As a contractor getting the facts in writing upfront is important. He and his team were 5-stars from setup to cleanup.
