“We had Chef Michael cater a cocktail party for 30. He spent a great deal of time before the event to make sure we had everything just right. It was a pleasure to work with him and with Nancy who was a everywhere at once during the party. The food was delicious, especially the fish cakes which were a creative substitute for the usual shrimp. I would definitely recommend Culinary Artz for your party. ”
