“I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael to plan a special 70th birthday dinner for my mother and 35 guests. Not only did Michael work with me to create a beautiful and delicious menu of local and fresh food, he coordinated everything with me while I was in a different city. This included a site survey and plan for the tables and dining area, as well as bringing in all additional tables, dishes, etc to create a 5 star experience. Additionally he was very attentive and patient with my questions on food preparation and recipes (we have some foodies in our group) and Michael rose to the challenge. He brought a kind, hardworking, and efficient team to serve us a most memorable experience. Thank you Culinary Artz!!”
