I hired Culinary Artz for my mom’s 75th birthday party. We had roughly 40 people and did it in a small space at the Old Davie School. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Michael walked me through the whole process, helped me pick a good menu, learned to make a special dessert (my mom’s favorite: pineapple upside down cake), and even figured out how to make a few gluten free versions for members of my family who have allergies. I was planning the party from out of town and didn’t have a chance to see the venue beforehand. Michael drove by on his own time to look at it and make sure we’d have enough space. This was a real seat-of-the-pants affair because I couldn’t be in town until the day of the party, but Michael and his staff rolled with all the punches and provided us with an evening we’ll never forget.
